1. Subscription Model
Metrico operates on a paid, subscription-only Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
- There is no free trial period unless explicitly communicated and confirmed in writing.
- Access to the multi-tenant platform environment is provided only after a successful prepaid transaction.
- Subscriptions are offered for fixed, prepaid billing periods (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).
2. Rules of Cancellation & Discontinuation
2.1 On-Demand Account Discontinuation
Clients may cancel or discontinue their recurring subscription at any time. To avoid the processing of an automated renewal charge for the subsequent billing cycle, the discontinuation must be completed before your scheduled renewal date and timestamp hits.
2.2 Active Subscriptions
Once a subscription tier is activated and system tokens are granted:
- The current prepaid billing term is considered fully used, committed, and non-cancellable for a cash reversal.
- No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial usage, non-usage, or early abandonment of active seats.
- Clients maintain complete operational access to their workspace metrics and data grids until the final day of their active prepaid term.
3. Refund Restrictiveness Policy
All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable once your corporate account profile is active. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse post-settlement.
- Lack of system utilization, unassigned floor agent seats, or missing database configuration uploads.
- Client company closures, operational restructuring, or internal workflow alterations.
- Remaining calendar days or partial periods inside an active prepaid monthly or annual cycle.
Exceptional Transactions
Financial adjustments or transaction reversals may be evaluated solely under the following parameters:
- Verified duplicate transactions caused by payment gateway server lag.
- Technical server billing errors directly attributable to Metrico processing modules.
Any approved correction will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment source. Statutory gateway transaction processing fees or platform taxes are completely non-refundable.
4. Modern Cancellation Process
To discontinue your active subscription and prevent future recurring billing cycles:
- Log in to your administrative account control center and navigate to the billing panel configurations.
- Select the discontinuation prompt to turn off automated renewal tracking for your tenant token instantly.
- Alternatively, you can submit a written notice from your registered administrator email to privacy@metricotech.com at least three (3) business days prior to your renewal date to allow for manual tracking cutoff.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Scope
The following items are completely non-refundable and non-cancellable under any infrastructure parameters:
- Prepaid fees for accounts flagged or locked due to direct violations of our platform system boundaries (e.g., scraping protocols or anti-spam parameters).
- Customized workspace code modifications, personalized database symlink structuring, or API integrations.
- Dedicated onboarding consultations, technical agent training sessions, or professional deployment services.
- Enterprise or customized bulk corporate volume pricing tiers.
6. Policy Updates
Metrico reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Subscription Policy at any time to preserve structural alignment with regional payment engines. The latest version will always be live on our public directory layouts. Continued use of your application dashboard constitutes acceptance of the updated criteria.
