At Metrico, we aim to provide clear and transparent policies so customers understand how refunds and subscription discontinuation are handled for our SaaS platform.

Metrico is a product of Metrico Technologies Private Limited (“Metrico”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Nature of Services

Metrico provides access to a cloud-based, multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

As Metrico is a completely digital service environment:

  • There are no physical goods or structural assets shipped.
  • The concept of commercial product “returns” does not apply under any circumstances.
  • Refunds and billing corrections, if approved, are governed strictly by the parameters of this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility & Pre-Purchase Evaluation

2.1 Client Responsibility for Pre-Purchase Evaluation

Metrico does not offer a free trial period. We provide comprehensive public documentation, feature descriptions, video walkthroughs, and live interactive product demonstrations upon request to help businesses evaluate our high-density data grids, pipeline trackers, and automated tools before purchasing.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to thoroughly evaluate the suitability, viewport resolution compatibility, and feature parameters of Metrico CRM prior to executing a paid transaction.

2.2 Activated Subscriptions

Once a paid subscription transaction is successfully completed and database access tokens are provisioned for your workspace, the digital service is considered 100% provisioned and actively used. Metrico operates on a strict No-Refund Policy. No refunds, partial credits, or cash reversals will be issued for:

  • Partial workspace usage or unutilized floor agent slots during an active monthly or annual billing cycle.
  • Complete non-usage of the platform interface, idle lead pipelines, or account inactivity.
  • Voluntary early discontinuation of platform services before the end of your prepaid period.
  • Internal shifts in your corporate sales workflows or changes to your business structure.

3. Approved Refund Exceptions & Processing Conditions

Financial refund requests or transaction corrections will be evaluated and processed strictly under the following verified conditions:

  • Verified duplicate billing transactions caused by network gateway errors or payment server latency loops.
  • Technical server-side billing errors directly attributable to Metrico internal processing engines.

Approved exceptions are subject to the following execution rules:

  • All claims are subject to structural system verification and internal audit approval.
  • Approved returns are processed strictly back to the original online payment method used at checkout.
  • Transactions are completed within 7–15 banking business days from the date of verification.
  • Refund calculations are exclusive of any non-recoverable payment gateway merchant processing charges or statutory taxes.

All final refund adjudications remain within the sole commercial discretion of Metrico.

4. Subscription Discontinuation (Cancellation)

4.1 Discontinuation Requests

Clients may discontinue their recurring subscription tracking at any time. To avoid the processing of an automated renewal charge for the subsequent billing cycle, the discontinuation must be executed via your administrative billing dashboard prior to your scheduled renewal date and timestamp.

4.2 Operational Effect of Discontinuation

  • Subscription discontinuation halts future automated billing parameters only.
  • No commercial refunds will be issued for the active, pre-paid monthly or annual subscription cycle.
  • Authorized managers and floor agents will maintain complete platform workspace visibility and operational features until the final calendar day of the active pre-paid billing window.

5. Definitive Non-Refundable Scenarios

For complete operational clarity, no financial compensation or cancellation adjustments will be evaluated in the following instances:

  • Subscription accounts flagged, locked, or suspended due to direct violations of our Acceptable Use policies (such as reverse-engineering the platform, database scraping, or executing bulk spam campaigns).
  • Requests originating from a failure to deploy the software due to internal floor agent attrition or client company turnarounds.
  • Client company operational shutdowns, corporate restructuring, or localized business asset liquidation.
  • Fees associated with customized platform setups, dedicated tenant database migrations, onboarding configurations, or personalized training services.

6. Policy Modifications

Metrico reserves the right to modify, amend, or rewrite this Refund & Subscription Discontinuation Policy at any time to remain compliant with updated financial gateway processing frameworks within India. The active valid version will always be accessible within our public directory layout. Continued engagement with the platform interface constitutes explicit acceptance of the updated parameters.
